COMPENSATION PLAN

Team Sales Bonus (TSB) All the products marketed by KMPL have been given with clear Business Volume (BV) and it is based on the sales driven by the team, that business volume is calculated for Team Sales Bonus. And the Team Sales Bonus is distributed based on the Business Volume. An affiliate can drive a maximum TSB of Rs 25000 per day. Matching BVx10=TSB (Team Sales Bonus)
Matching BV x 10 = TSB (Team Sales Bonus)
Free Registration, You get a maximum of Rs 1000/Day

For 10 BV, You get a maximum of Rs 3000/Day

For 50 BV, You get a maximum of Rs10000/Day

For 100 BV, You get a maximum of Rs 25000/Day

Leadership Bonus! Whoever leads the team well and helps to achieve the target, they are appreciated with a “Leadership Bonus”. It is given based on the following criteria:
Unlimited Income.
It will only be driven from the individuals who are directly sponsored..
Leadership bonus is the 10% of TSB of the directly sponsored individuals.

Leader's Royalty Only those who have reached the company’s business rank ‘Sapphire’ Will Be Eligible for this benefit. All those who reached this will be given 1% from the total sales Revenue of the company. It will be distributed only 12 months.
The Criteria:
Must have reached the Sapphire ranking
It is distributed monthly.

4. Brand Ambassador.

It is a beneficial scheme provided for the person who do a single purchase of 100BV of KMPL Products and will get a benefit up to 35% Cash Back from the next purchase in the BV products

5.GLOBAL SALES PERFORMANCE BONUS (GSPB)

. It is a performance bonus which is distributed from the profit separated from the Affiliates sales/purchase done in KMPL Brands.
· 2% of sales revenue generated from KMPL Brands is being reserved for GLOBAL SALES PERFORMANCE BONUS (GSPB)
· 4% of the BV and PV Products repurchase is being developed for the GLOBAL SALES PERFORMANCE BONUS

THREE STAR BRAND AMBASSADOR

Three-star Brand Ambassador means, those who could develop minimum of 3 Brand ambassadors in both vertices under him and minimum 3 Brand Ambassador should be his referral, is qualified for this section. Also, he should be a Brand Ambassador
· 30% of GSPB is being supplied for the Three Star Brand Ambassadors.

FIVE STAR BRAND AMBASSADOR

Five-star Brand ambassadors should generate a Three Star Brand Ambassador organization having minimum of 20 Brand ambassadors in both vertices under him. Also, he should be a Three-star Brand Ambassador and minimum 1 Three-star Brand Ambassadors in both vertices under him
• 30% of GSPB is being supplied in this section.

GLOBAL BRAND AMBASSADOR

Global Brand ambassador should develop Five-star Brand ambassador organization having minimum of 100 Brand ambassadors in both vertices under him.he should be a Five-star Brand Ambassador and also minimum 1 Five-star Brand Ambassadors in both vertices under him
• The remaining 40% of GSPB is supplied over this section

6.Shopper’s Bonus .

Shopper’s Bonus income is being generated by the repurchase income mode. It is joined under the tree but the joining profit is directly done by the head genealogy. So, the profit percentage is given to the main joiner as per the profit chart.

*From Level 5 to Level 25 Profit will be 4 % of PV. Level I is the first layer generated by an individual inside an income tree. 15% of MRP of every Brand Ambassador Repurchase on BV Products is Considered as PV

It is a beneficial scheme provided for the person who do a purchase of 10BV of KMPL Products and will get a benefit up to 20% Cash Back from the next purchase in the PV products
